Consultation & Evaluation
The first and most important step in the Real Estate Staging process is a one to two-hour tour designed to evaluate what the property would need to bring value in the selling process. Turton Interiors will visit your home to discuss your objectives and budget in preparing your home forsale. We tour the home room by room, and advise what improvements or changes would be needed. You will have an opportunity to create your own “to-do” list that you can either execute on your own or work with our team of specialized trades to get your property ready for market. A detailed report is available upon request.
The” WOW” Package
Turton Interiors will furnish the main impact rooms of your vacant property with modern furniture and on trend decorative accessories to create a magazine worthy spread to WOW buyers from the moment they step through the door!
The “FLUFF” Package
Turton Interiors will come into your home and "Fluff" it using your very own personal belongings and carefully selected decorative accessories from their extensive inventory,which can be either rented or purchased. The results will not only attract a wider range of potential buyers but will also attract more buyers via the spectacular on-line photos of your Fluffed property!

Want to redecorate just one room or even create your own dream home and simply don’t have the time? Turton Interiors will discuss your personal style, budget and dreams for your space. From there we will shop for all the elements needed to create not only a functional and comfortable space, but one that you andyour family can enjoy for years to come! One room, or the whole home – the choice is yours!
Design Consultation
You are more hands-on but would need professional advice on items such as furniture layout, color selections, lighting and overall décor suggestions. In a one-time visit, Turton Interiors will meet with you to provide you with a framework of ideas that you can execute on your own without incurring additional designer fees.
Interior Design Services
For homeowners needing more extensive services such as design plans, technical drawings, selection/proposal of finishes, and dealing with various suppliers, trades and contractors, Turton Interiors can provide it all. You will also benefit from designer discounts where available that in many instances can be fairly significant.
